DMCA Policy

Shuttlers accepts copyright notices for user-generated content such as announcements, comments, chat content, and uploaded images.

Reporting claimed copyright infringement

If you believe content on Shuttlers infringes your copyright, send a notice to the Shuttlers DMCA contact listed on this page. Please be specific enough for us to identify the material and review the claim quickly.

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The URL or other clear identification of the Shuttlers material you want us to review.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, Shuttlers may remove or disable access to the reported material, notify the affected user, and take other reasonable steps required by law or platform policy.

We may also request additional details if a notice is incomplete or unclear.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice should identify the removed material, explain why you believe the removal was in error, include your contact information, and include the statements required by applicable law.

Shuttlers may forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material when appropriate under applicable law and policy.

Repeat infringement

Shuttlers may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly post infringing material or repeatedly ignore copyright rules.

Operator note

If Shuttlers intends to rely on U.S. DMCA safe-harbor protections for user-generated content, the designated agent used here should also be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and kept current.
