Terms

Terms of Service

These terms set the rules for using Shuttlers, participating in the community, and running clubs or sessions through the platform.

Using Shuttlers

By creating an account or using Shuttlers, you agree to use the service responsibly and to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activities that happen under your account.

Community, clubs, and sessions

  • Shuttlers helps people discover places to play, organize recurring groups, host sessions, and communicate with players.
  • Hosts, owners, and admins are responsible for the accuracy of their session, venue, fee, and attendance information.
  • Players are responsible for showing up respectfully, communicating clearly, and following venue, club, and local rules.
  • Shuttlers is not a party to the real-world session, club, payment, or venue arrangement unless explicitly stated otherwise.

User content and social features

  • You may post announcements, comments, replies, chat messages, images, and profile content.
  • You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you give Shuttlers permission to host, display, reproduce, and process that content as needed to operate the service.
  • You must have the rights needed to post the content you upload.
  • We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates safety risk, or exposes Shuttlers to legal claims.

Acceptable use

  • Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or exploit other players.
  • Do not spam, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
  • Do not use Shuttlers to post illegal, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content.
  • Do not attempt to access private clubs, private sessions, or moderator tools without authorization.

Beta status and service changes

Shuttlers may still be in beta. Features can change, break, or be removed as we improve the product. We may suspend or modify access at any time if needed for reliability, security, safety, or legal reasons.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Termination and liability

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Shuttlers community. You can also stop using the service or delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shuttlers is provided as-is and as-available. We are not responsible for the conduct of players, clubs, venues, or organizers, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
