This page routes testers, organizers, and rights holders to the right Shuttlers inbox during beta.
Beta support
If you hit a bug, broken flow, account issue, or unexpected club or session visibility problem, contact Shuttlers support with the device, build number, and the steps that led to the issue.
For TestFlight feedback, including a screenshot or screen recording helps us reproduce and fix problems faster.
Privacy and account requests
- Questions about account deletion, retained data, or privacy expectations should go to the support or legal contacts.
- If you cannot access the in-app delete flow, include the email address on the account and enough context for us to verify the request.
Safety and moderation
- Report harassment, impersonation, spam, abusive chat behavior, or misuse of private groups as soon as possible.
- Include the club, session, player, or content link if you have it.
- Urgent real-world safety issues should be handled through local emergency services first.
Club and host issues
- For ownership transfer, host or admin access problems, duplicate clubs, or session management issues, contact support with the affected club or session slug if available.
- If a private club or private session appears publicly, flag it immediately so the team can investigate the visibility boundary.
Copyright and legal
Use the DMCA inbox for copyright notices and the legal inbox for policy or legal questions that are not general product support.
